3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Full payment is required before delivery or product handover unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is agreed.

  • We accept cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers.

  • Errors in pricing due to typos or technical issues will be corrected, and the customer will be notified.


4. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our separate Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days in original condition.

  • No returns on used, damaged, or opened products.


5. Warranties

  • Warranty is provided only on products that include it, as stated at the time of purchase.

  • Warranty duration and terms are set by the manufacturer.

  • The customer is responsible for submitting the product to the appropriate service center.


6. Deliveries

  • We offer local delivery within Sahowala and nearby areas.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to external factors.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Verify product condition upon receipt.

  • Keep your receipt/invoice safe for returns or warranty claims.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any indirect or accidental damages from product misuse

  • Losses caused by delay or failure due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, transport strikes, etc.)
