1. Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds for purchased items unless:
- The product is defective on arrival

- Report it within 48 hours of purchase or delivery
- Bring the item with original packaging and invoice
- We will inspect and exchange it or help claim warranty from the supplier

- We assist with forwarding your claim to the authorized service center
- Warranty terms depend on the brand and product type
